· Install Amazon Relay App

  • Download and install the Amazon Relay app on your drivers’ mobile devices.

· Onboarding and Training

  • Complete any required onboarding and training modules provided by Amazon Relay.
  • Ensure all drivers are trained on Amazon’s procedures and app usage.
